The boyfriend sent me a picture of his band's dressing room in Croydon last night - aghhh amazing!

The Bride
So I was thinking of ideas for a 'mood board' that would represent the 'Little Wing' bride (for the bridal pieces) and what immediately sprung to mind was the beautiful dress that Josephine de le Baume wore in the Jalouse wedding shoot she did with Mark Ronson...
The beautiful dress is the work of boho wedding dress designer Delphine Manivet. I ADORE her dress collection, and would love to wear one of her dresses if I ever tie the knot. She also makes beautiful lace veils that fit like skull caps.
Anyway, these images are from the 'Bride photos' section of her website, and I think they really sum up the look and feel of how I imagine the 'Little Wing bride' to be...
(Above: I love this)
And on a getting-carried-away fun note I would totally have this playing in the church instead of the traditional choral music... I'm serious.

Short and sweet
I've not been very good on the blogging front this week - things are a little bit manic! But it's all a good thing. Some exciting things possibly coming up which I will share soon.
So I'll share some music for now, loving Into the Mystic at the moment (Van Morrison's version). I love VM, always feel chilled when I listen to him (or very summery and happy when I listen to Brown Eyed Girl). Enjoy x
Oh - and check out this mirror I bought for £2 at this hippy shop Froucy got my Peace rainbow mobile from (it's in my photos from Download in June if you're interested!). We walked past it on the way to High Voltage and ended up leaving with this skull mirror and Froucy bought a string of huge wooden skulls - which then ended up falling out of her bag at various points throughout the day, much to our amusement. It's an awesome shop.

Beats a suitcase...
Dad is selling a load of flight cases - when I saw one in the garden and saw that it was RED I had to swipe one (by that I don't mean steal, I'm paying him for it, but I get daughter rates!). When Little Wing travels it's going to travel in this!! Thinking of covering the foam with velvet or something... or maybe stencil the top, ohh the possibilities.

Little Wing's new outfit!
Little Wing is back online with some new items and a new look!
Check out the new Gallery as well for the final images from our recent photoshoot, we're so pleased with them, I've put a few on this post for a little sneak peek.
You will also find a link to the new Little Wing Bridal website on there as well, although this is still a bit of a work in progress, but I will be blogging about that soon :).
Hope you all like it! I have other exciting news too but for now I will leave you with the new website! CLICK HERE.

Kooples Love
Aghh I fucking love The Kooples. Although I'd never buy anything from there because it's so overpriced (except for their beautifully tailored blazers) but that doesn't stop me lusting over their look books - because, I too, love to dress like men. First image is my favourite. The chick is wearing more or less my staple outfit, but I don't pull it off like she does, dangg.

Coo coo ca-choo, Mrs Robinson
Had a lovely evening today, caught up with some friends after work and then spent the rest of the evening making new jewellery/hair pieces and listening to Simon and Garfunkel. Really enjoying making the bridal stuff at the moment. Hopefully will have the new website up and running this weekend.

Backstage Wing - Little Wing shoot Day 2
Day 2 of the Little Wing/Amy Brandon/Emma Fletcher shoot. It was pouring with rain outside for most of today but we were nicely sheltered as the boys kindly lent us their rehearsal room to shoot in, it made a great setting! Here are some iPhone shots from today, we're very excited to see the finished images! I had a lot of fun styling this and Amy did some fantastic make up looks that really worked with the concept. And, again, Emily looked FIERCE!
