MARY KATRANTZOU AND MEADHAM KIRCHOFF TODAY - WHAT A BRILLIANT END TO FASHION WEEK. MARY'S COLLECTION WAS FILLED WITH BEAUTIFUL, ARTISTIC DRESSES THAT WOULDN'T LOOK OUT OF PLACE ON THE COUTURE CATWALK. THE STRIKING PRINTS FEATURED EVERY DAY OBJECTS LIKE PENCILS AND TYPEWRITERS - GENIUS. I LOVED THE AIRY DRESSES WITH LAYERS AND LAYERS OF BEAUTIFULLY LIGHT SILK.
AND TO FINISH - MEADHAM KIRCHOFF. IF THERE WAS EVER A SHOW THAT MADE ME WANT TO SHRIEK WITH DELIGHT IT WAS THIS. THE PRE-SHOW PLAYLIST WAS PACKED WITH GLAM ROCK AND 80S CLASSICS (WE HAD A CASSANDRA MOMENT WHEN THE SWEET CAME ON) AND THE CATWALK WAS COVERED IN TINSEL AND GIANT DISCO LIGHTS AND PATTERNS WERE PROJECTED AGAINST THE WALLS.
THE COLLECTION WAS BY FAR MY FAVOURITE - OBVIOUSLY, AS IT WAS FULL OF SEQUINS, SPARKLE AND GLITTER. THE MODELS STOMPED THEIR WAY DOWN THE CATWALK IN VICTORIANA GLITTER PLATFORM BOOTS - I ACTUALLY PLAN TO SAVE UP TO BUY A PAIR OF THOSE BEAUTIES. MY FAVOURITE, SHRIEK WORTHY, OUTFITS INCLUDED A RAINBOW ZIG-ZAG FULL SEQUINNED SUIT AND A SEQUINNED BODY. WOW WOW WOW!
NOW I LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING BACK TO MY NORMAL ROUTINE AND BACK TO MY CREATIVE POST-WORK PROJECTS. EVENINGS HAVE BEEN OUT OF BOUNDS FOR THE LAST WEEK!

THE LOOK WAS CREATED BY FIERCLY BACKCOMBING, BRUSHING AND RUNNING STRAIGHTENERS UP AND DOWN THE ROOTS BEFORE PINNING UP.. WOULD LOVE TO TRY IT MYSELF AT HOME BUT I THINK I WOULD END UP BALD..

MAKE UP PREP BEFORE LOUISE GRAY
A VERY TIRING BUT FUN DAY AT OLD BILLINGSGATE TODAY FOR UNIQUE. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS BUZZING AND I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO SPEND SOME TIME BACKSTAGE FILMING CLIPS OF THE HAIR AND MAKE UP PREP WITH SAM MCKNIGHT AND HANNAH MURRAY. THE SHOW WAS INCREDIBLE, FROM THE SOUNDTRACK TO THE OH-SO-WEARABLE AND CHIC UTILITY INSIRED COLLECTION. MY FAVOURITE LOOKS WERE THE LITTLE BLACK PLAYSUIT AND OVERSIZED PRINTED COAT, THE BLACK VELVET BOILERSUIT, THE RED CROSS JUMPER AND THE SPANGLY GOLD DRESS (I JUST LOVE A BIT OF SPARKLE). CAN'T WAIT TO FILL MY WARDROBE WITH THIS NEXT AUTUMN. THE LOOK THIS SEASON WAS DEFINITELY MORE GROWN UP AND WEARABLE, I LOVE LOVE LOVED IT.

NEWGEN fun at Fashion Week
Been a bit slack on the blog front - last week or so has been pretty hectic. My boyfriend moved in, which was ace, and there's been loads of planning for LFW. I was down at Somerset House on Friday for the opening of the Topshop pop-up shop, selling the designer t-shirts I posted about the other day. If you're down there over the next few days pay a visit, it's in an ice cream van!
The exhibition is also a great visit, the t-shirts are also displayed indoors. It's all very exciting.
Enjoyed a lazy day off, up early Sunday for Unique!
Nick Knight/Karlie Kloss 10 Years film on the big screen. Take a look, Love is the Drug could not be a better soundtrack. She looks amazing! <3
All together now... AWWWW!
My friends Georgie and Elliot's new chug puppy (half chihuahua, half pug), Bear. He'll make your heart melt <3

Go Tilda
Tilda Swinton always stands out to me when I look at red carpet outfits, and last night's Baftas was just the same. She always looks fierce, her choices aren't 'sexy' but she always looks so classic. Nice to see something different from yet another sexy booby gown..
And on another note, I LOVE that Livia Firth wore a suit.

Exciting stuff
I am biased, but there are so many exciting things happening at Topshop Towers at the moment, particularly for Fashion Week - keep your eyes peeled!
To celebrate 10 years of supporting British fashion with Topshop's NEWGEN partnership there are 20 limited edition t-shirts going on sale, each by a different designer that TS has worked with and sponsored over the years. What's more, money will be donated to charity for every t-shirt sold - shopping for a good cause! I will be buying the Erdem t-shirt, I'm in love with the lace collar >>
New Shoes
This has been a good week for free swag and new shoes. These glam rock-esque boots were a bargain impulse buy from Zara, and the gold sequins behind it are a new sequinned cardigan. It's so spangly - it's the best piece of clothing I've ever had!!

Happy Birthday Bob Marley. He would have been 67 today.
I love a bit of reggae, I like to listen to BM on my way home from work - you can't help but feel chilled listening to a bit of -ska-ska-ska-ska!
Here's to you Bob xxx
